Rescheduling Policy

If you want to reschedule your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 2 hours of notice of rescheduling. Rescheduling charges will be levied according to the following:

• If cancelled before 12 hours of scheduled appointment no charges will be levied
• If cancelled between 2-12 hours of scheduled appointment a rescheduling charge of AED 100 will be levied. In case of prepaid service the charge will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded in wallet. In case of postpaid service, the wallet will be charged with AED -100.
• Customer/User doesn’t have an option to reschedule the appointment 2 hours from scheduled time. In case, customer wish to do so, he/she must contact the administrator. The charges will be finalized then.
